- TATed Aschenbrenner2 days ago1.0Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing. To my surprise when I checked out I was charged for all 6 bags. The clerks excuse was unacceptable, indicating there was no way to put $0 in their system for the free bags. I went to customer service and was told yes, the ad was "confusing." When all was said and done, I ended up paying regular price for the amount of soil I received. So not a sale at all. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

It is a 20 minute drive from my house and I didn’t want to get there and find out that the item was unavailable, or not the price I was looking for. It took 30 minutes 30 seconds of being on hold/speaking with a robot until someone actually answered the phone to answer my questions. The total call lasted for 33 minutes. I had all of my questions answered in 2 minutes 30 seconds. I hope you can understand my frustration.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
