  I visited Lazy Boy store knowing there was a sale. I knew what I was looking for & Russell understood just what zi needed to replace my old Lazy Boy chair. Russell helped me by showing me the choices that would work for me, then he (knowing his inventory) led me to the choices in the fabric department he thought I might like. I am anxious to have my new recliner in proximity 1 1/2 months.

  Jack Fendrich sold me a La-Z-Boy recliner and it was an easy transaction. I had been in the week prior and pretty much knew what I wanted. When I went back to make the purchase, I had a few additional questions which with his vast experience he was able to answer down to every detail. He was very friendly, not pushy at all. He had given me all the details about the extended warranty and when I said I wasn’t going to purchase that he went right on with the sale; didn’t try to change my mind. Doing business with him was a pleasure.
