  Cheyenne Lindbergh was our salesperson and she did an outstanding job. We had purchased an entire living room set of furniture several years ago from La-Z-Boy Eugene. One of the recliners recently broke and we were looking to replace it. She took the time to look up the previous information so that we could replace the exact recliner. When I had recently called to try and see if the broken recliner could be repaired I was treated horribly by the person I connected with. With Cheyenne’s help we were able to determine it was Guardian the old service provider I had the misfortune to speak with. Because of the treatment we received Cheyenne gave us a slight discount which was greatly appreciated. Because of our wonderful experience today with Cheyenne and our past customer service experience as well as the excellent quality of the furniture, we plan to continue shopping at La-Z-Boy Eugene.   Buyer Beware!! We feel stung ! The loveseat we paid 5k for didn’t fit in our home when fully extended. They were only willing to give 50% refund toward a loveseat that fit. Buyer beware! Assistant manager fled “I’m gonna go do stuff” and hid in the back room; the manager was “on vacation” for the three day return period and left a sales associate without negotiating power to navigate. Will update if anything changes.
