  First and for most when I went in for a bed and living room set the store manager was an absolute nightmare. Terrible attitude followed by a tongue lashing on the phone for asking about paying them off early. Finally! Paying all of it off these clowns continue to harras me with 3 to 4 phone calls a day! Ive called both the store and the corporate office to put an end to it. However! My issue is that I had asked them when I made my last payment to cease all contact with me as the phones calls were annoying. Mind you these were not about late payments! I made my payments online on time everything. They were calling to ask about upgrading or buying new furniture. Please save yourself the annoyances and harassment from this store and shop litteraly anywhere else. For those still dealing Aarons im sorry and hope you are free from them soon.

  I was given a 120 days sac agreement. The individual who wrote up contract didn't set up the amount correctly. I had an additional payment taken out. I finally got it straightened out. My issue, the manager wouldn't get back to me and I had to hound them. I wouldn't recommend this particular location. She was going to charge me more than the price I agreed to even though it wasn't my fault. Go to a different store or Rent A Center.

  Abby and her team rock!! Sadie really helped me so much with getting me everything I needed. The store was so clean and I was welcomed as usual. Abby is literally the best and been working with her for awhile. I highly recommend them for anything you need go here not that other rent a crap place this is the real deal.

  I bought furniture they have failed to deliver it. This is the fourth attempt they have not brought it but they have took my money over $400. And sold the furniture to somebody else told me I had to wait another three weeks while they got the other loveseat and chair said they would be here today between 10 and 11 and never showed up. It’s against the law to tell sell something that you’ve already sold to somebody else I see you’ve been in trouble from the FTC for it, and I will be calling and filing local and federal charges. I am currently on the phone with corporate headquarters, selling furniture that you’ve already sold to somebody else is illegal And very shady a no-show again today I’ll let you know what headquarters say and after I fill out the report at the court or the police department police report FTC FRAUD report filled out BBB contacted next step file lawsuit already got legal advice and Aaron are not responded or returned a phone call or an email to try and resolve this situation since the beginning of last week They’re playing, hide and seek I’m taking you to court and I will be posting the pictures and the videos. I have cameras in my house of the delivery. I will also be posting the audio phone calls of all the conversations taking place and everything you guys can hear and see. The regional manager even called me with the manager on three-way and didn’t tell me about it and didn’t let me know they were on there until they cut me off and start yelling. I have it all on tape. I will be updating you tomorrow this is the store on West 11th in Eugene, Oregon google the reviews We also talked to a paralegal today and they are now helping initiate the legal process over 1400 reviews and Arron’s has a 1.7 that should tell you everything

  I called to ask about laptop prices and to see what type of laptops they have. The woman I spoke to sounded more like a bartender than a store employee. She was rude and her responses were short. When I asked what brands of laptops they had, her response was “oh, well, we got a bunch of laptops. You’ll need to come down and take a look.” That’s not an answer.
