  I had to replace some very old worn blinds in my office. My designer; Amanda was great, very knowledgeable and gave wonderful advice on the blind specifics. She made the decision process easy. Joe installed them efficiently and didn’t make a mess, he kept it all clean and tidy. Joe was gracious enough to show me proper use and maintenance. I am very appreciative. The blinds look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. All around GREAT experience!

  Zee Prado and installer Joe Bach did a great job. Zee made some suggestions that proved to be very beneficial, the new roller blinds look and work great and they look absolutely gorgeous. Joe installed all of them very professionally and expeditiously. He has many years of experience and it really shows. I got quotes from 4 other companies. Not only was the customer service above expectations, the price was one of the lowest. And their blinds are manufactured in the USA, all the others were not. This was my first experience ordering blinds. I would definitely recommend Stoneside for sales, installation, and for extending the customer service when the job is complete. Great company and great people to work with.

  Stoneside Blinds and shades gave superior service. Joe did an excellent job as consultant and Installation Technician. He was very personable, professional, respectful, and knowledgable. He focused on his work but was also helpful in explaining all aspects of the work. He exhibited an excellent work ethic, had a good sense of humor and was totally competent. I am well pleased with my new blinds and my total experience with Stoneside Blinds and Shades. The process began with Melanie LeFlur who was the design consultant. She was excellent from beginning to the end of the project. She is personable and fun to work with. She gave excellent counsel as how to manage my window coverings in the best way. Any questions I had she answered well. She has a great business manner and a fun sense if humor. Stoneside gives professional and personable service, excellent in every way. I highly recommend this company.

  Melanie was great to work with, answered all our questions, even emails past business hours, very professional and friendly. Joe was our installer. The blinds look great and are happy with his experience and knowledge of blinds. He helped us make smart decisions. We knew Stoneside was a little more expensive, but to us, the customer service was money well spent.
