- ETEd TravaliaAug 10, 20264.0They installed our pool and definitely did a wonderful job. The service department has been very helpful, if sometimes busy, but everyone there at Neptune have been great.
- JJjustan999Aug 8, 20265.0Neptune has been working with me on my 20,000 gallon gunnite/plaster pool since 1990. They actually installed it in 1969. Over the years, they replaced my sand filter with a cartridge filter, replaced the equipment motor, the skimmer, my Ascot gas heater and replumbed in a new efficient gas heater. After having my 20,000 gallon plaster pool re-plastered in 2018, Neptune kept me going with the proper chemicals and brushing instructions for a few months until things stabilized. Over the years I have needed some leak repairs and heater repairs. They always know what to do and they do excellent work. They are very experienced and knowledgeable.
