    The couch itself is very nice and comfortable, however the experience of getting it was a bit of a pill. We ordered custom and had no updates for months. There wasn’t any tracking system or emails sent out when the couch was almost finished or anything about the progress. When we finally did get it a few months later, one of the sections was made incorrectly and was incompatible with the rest of the couch. We opted to pick it up ourselves, so the company didn’t see the couch before it was unwrapped. We then had to call multiple times to get in touch with someone who could re-order for us, and they were helpful and we were able to receive a removal/replacement of the faulty section at no cost, but they had to make the new piece so it was a couple more months until we could fully use our very expensive couch. Through this whole process, the only time we got contacted by the company was when the couches were ready, and got no confirmation of anything or any sort of tracking number, which I would have liked considering it was a big purchase. The employees were all very nice, but the system the company has set up for orders is in need of an upgrade. 5 months later and we finally have a couch that is comfortable and most importantly, usable!

    Walked in ready to buy. Was considering more than just a stool I had chosen to buy with cash. Anthony told me he could not sell anything to me without having all of my information in the system. I literally have never heard of a store refusing to sell something because you wouldn't give them all your information. Was paying in cash... The stuff here is mid any way. Won't ever return. Absolutely gross.

    Erica Howard listened to exactly what we were looking for. She didn’t waste our time showing us anything, but what fit our needs. The store was closing in 30 minutes, and we never felt pressured to hurry up. She had a great personality and was genuine. We had a great experience!
