  Updated review: My initial rating was 1/5 stars. However, I’m updating it to 5/5 specifically for Anthony who was very kind to me in the phone and went out of his way to go above and beyond and get me a replacement chair from the stores inventory. It was likely a unique opportunity as the chair is discontinued and the store only had one left in their inventory, however I am still very appreciative of Anthony actively finding a solution for me. Thank you so much, Anthony. Original review: Purchased my dining room set in February 2025. Was sold the 5 year protection plan and was misled into thinking it would cover any and all damage. I tapped the dining room chair with my mop today and the leg literally snapped off. Called and was told the protection plan only covers stains and color fading. I’ve purchased from furniture row in the past and was sold the same protection plan. I wouldn’t have purchased it if it wasn’t going to cover dents, deep scratches, and general damage, especially damage like this. I feel scammed. My goal for this review is simply a warning to those who purchase from furniture row in the future. The protection plan is a useless scam.

  Great experience. The manager was so helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know. Even showed me the tiers of quality for beginner furniture to best quality. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge

  Amazing selection of quality furniture yet so reasonably priced. Layout and grouping of furniture allowed us to see everything on the floor and tantalized our imaginations helping us visualize how it would look in our home. Our interaction with Erica, the store manager, truly enhanced our shopping experience. Her knowledge of her extensive inventory, her enthusiasm, and her exceptional customer service built trust and a commitment from us that Furniture Row has become our top choice for furniture shopping in the Medford area..
