  I've had a Nordic Rendezvous hot tub from AquaClear since last July and I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service is excellent and all of the employees are pleasant to deal with. Winter at the Bend store is super helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs.

  We purchased our hottub thru Matthew last summer. We were extremely pleased with his time, effort and personal care to make sure we got the product we wanted at the very best price. He continues to give us great service and advice on operating and maintaining our hot tub. Thanks Matthew!!!

  I purchased my spa here in 2018 and was perfectly happy with the sales experience and the spa itself. The problem is with the service department. Over the last year I've spent a ton on regular maintenance as well as costly repairs to my spa, and each time the service tech has come out they have made something worse. The service department is impossible to reach and it's not uncommon to have a one week turnaround before they respond to a message I cannot emphasize more strongly that you should avoid a service contract with this company.

  Like my hot tub but service is pretty awful. It broke down twice still under warranty yet they charge $75 to come out to fix it. They installed the cover incorrectly and I had a difficult time getting them to come back to fix their mistake. An independent repair man told me they’re the worst hot tubs to work on because it’s so difficult to reach the parts that need fixing. The control is very finicky and I don’t like how it automatically shuts off the water cleaning system if you don’t tell it the water has been tested. The hyped up “moto-massage” stopped working (I’m glad because I never liked it). I’m enjoying my hot tub (other than breaking down twice - I was afraid I got a “lemon”) but in my experience this company does not stand behind its customers. I would not buy a hot tub here again for that reason. After leaving my 2 star review, another review on Google appeared under my name which I didn’t write. It’s a glowing 5 star review and I’m unable to delete it. Did the company create it? That is FRAUD!
