  I've had a Nordic Rendezvous hot tub from AquaClear since last July and I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service is excellent and all of the employees are pleasant to deal with. Winter at the Bend store is super helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs.

  We purchased our hottub thru Matthew last summer. We were extremely pleased with his time, effort and personal care to make sure we got the product we wanted at the very best price. He continues to give us great service and advice on operating and maintaining our hot tub. Thanks Matthew!!!

  I am very pleased with my experience with Oregon Hot Tub in Bend. I live in Prineville and started shopping around to replace my old hot tub and chose Oregon Hot Tub because they had the best financing options available and great customer service. Sam Mazukelli helped me from start to finish-- all over email and phone! I never even needed to step foot into the store and Sam made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Thanks to Sam's recommendation, we opted to go with the Hot Spring Flair Salt Water system and it is absolutely incredible. After dealing with a regular hot tub and balancing chemicals all the time, the salt water system is SO much easier to manage and takes all of the guessing work out of what chemicals need to be added. We've had the tub for about 5 months now and I usually just need to add a little bit of chlorine here and there (depending on how much I use it) and we're good to go. The team from ReSpa that delivered the hot tub also did a fantastic job. They were on time, communicated clearly, got everything setup quickly and I was so impressed by how easy they made it look maneuvering a giant hot tub into my backyard and around the deck. This was my first time making a hot tub purchase and am really happy with how everything turned out.
