  I've had a Nordic Rendezvous hot tub from AquaClear since last July and I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service is excellent and all of the employees are pleasant to deal with. Winter at the Bend store is super helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs.

  I purchased the Limelight Beam spa from Isaac Arroyo. When I went to Oregon Hot Tub to check out the different spas, Isaac was most helpful in helping me decide which model would be best for us. I was impressed with his knowledge and patience. He fully explained the various features and maintenance of the spa and assured me that I could call him with any questions I might have. Once the spa was delivered, Isaac walked me through the start up process and came to our house the following week to make sure the spa was working correctly. We love our Beam! It is easy to maintain. Isaac has been a pleasure to work with. His professionalism, knowledge, patience and kindness are an asset to Oregon Hot Tub. Your company is very fortunate to have a sales person of such high caliber.
