My dad bought a refrigerator from Lowe's and was told it would be delivered and hooked up but the delivery crew showed up over an hour later than they advised us and left the refrigerator in the garage after refusing to bring it in because they were running late, Lowe's has lost two customers now, my dad and I both will never shop there again Home Depot is the place to go from now on

showed up for 20 bags of garden soil. Went to the register and paid for the soil. Was told an associate with lotus out shortly. after 20 min. no show. went back to cashier who said no one was responding but will try again.20 min later no show. Talk to associate Neil of the Fulfillment associate who said he would help us but disapeared. Back to the cashier for one last try with no help. Went to customer service for a refund and left to buy somewhere else. my 81 yr old father had enought. never again

While looking around the appliance department, I was immediately asked by Sebastian if I needed assistance. He answered all of our questions as well as going above and beyond from start to finish while assisting with getting us accurate information and finalizing the loading of our purchase.

Employs hacks of installers. Their third party contractors will rush, damaged your home, then deny deny deny. Same approach from the upper management on case resolution. Belittle the customer and deny any fault.
Spalled out the ends of our newly installed heated tile flooring and refused to fix due to the risk associated with the tile floor. Installer didn’t follow Lowe’s protocol; no presentation of badge on arrival, brought an undeclared assistant, throwing materials around the house, and smoking/chewing on the property.
When installing the tack strips they smacked our tile with their hammer several times, causing damage. They hit the tile so hard it busted out the grout and left the respective pieces of broken tile lying there. Management then tried claiming “how do we know it was us?” While the broken pieces of tile lied in the same spot about four days later. Furthermore, they didn’t even install the carpet correctly. It was left unstretched and loose. The carpet to tile transition was installed incorrectly, using a double tack with the pad held back too far which created a ~3/4” undulation at the transition.
If you use PSG prepare for a battle and document the condition of everything in your home prior to their arrival. Set up security cameras inside to document when they do cause damage.
