Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

Beautiful garden area, cashier outside was wonderful. Those were the positives. Took my 86yr old mom to look at an outdoor chair website said you had 44 of. Couldn’t find any where the shelf tag was or anywhere around that outdoor furniture area. No employees around to ask.
Came home, saw they had delivery as an option. Ordered chair Friday afternoon . Put in very detailed delivery instructions, as her complex is confusing. Chair would be delivered Saturday.
Got notified it was delivered, no chair on porch. Got a picture of delivered chair on someone else’s porch. Will call to proceed with return later today, giving time to see if recipient of unordered chair reaches out to my mom.
Very disappointed all the way around, always chose Lowe’s over other home improvement stores.
Update:
Drove through neighborhood looking on porches and found the chair. Not sure how a#11 looks like a #6 but we got the chair.
