Elaine was super helpful and took the time to show me enough chairs to find the one that really was the best one for me. Her willingness to take all the time required was of real value.
- MMMitchellMay 6, 20261.0Terrible customer service. My elderly mother spent over $6000 here to furnish her nursing home apartment. Scheduled delivery for said furniture twice, both times no show. First time I called and was told the sales person who called me to schedule the delivery screwed up and forgot to "check a box", but she'd get it the following week. Following week came and went and another no show. No explanation yet as to why. We've been repeat customer for years at this Bend location, after the way we were treated by the manager during this trip and the subsequent fiasco with the delivery (or lack thereof) I will not be back. It should be noted we were there during a recent "new management " sale... not sure if our experience is due to new management or the outgoing manager.
- JMJoe MikoApr 24, 20265.0Buying a couch at La-Z-Boy in Bend Oregon was one of the best buying experiences I ever had. When I walked in, I was greeted at the door by Lauren Nebels. I told her that I was looking for a sofa with certain dimensions that needed to fit a specific space. Lauren took notes on an iPad and then led me to several couches that fit my needs. Any of the three she showed me would have worked but the one with a built-in recliner was was even more that I had hoped for. Lauren worked up a rendition on her iPad of how it would fit into the room. Then she game me a complete price brake down. Her professionalism was one of the best I have ever encountered with a sales associate.
