  The hot tubs and sales department get 5 stars but the service department gets 0 stars. I tried for 3 weeks to get a hold of anyone in the service department to order a replacement hot tub cover. No one ever answered the phone or returned my phone calls. Andria in sales finally took my order. Now, 3 months later, I still can't reach anyone in the service dept. to check on the status of my order. How can management put up with this lack of customer service?

  Jamie was exceptional in her customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and had great follow through. We LOVE our sauna! It was easy to put together ourselves. We were thrilled with how flawless the whole process was. Don't know why we waited as long as we did!
