  Purchasing a swim spa is a significant, once in a lifetime purchase for me and I did a significant amount of research before making a final decision. I reviewed brands, warranties, costs, budgets, you name it and I am thankful to Doug Moser at Oregon Hot Tub (Beaverton location) for his patience with answering my abundance of questions, his advice, and his respect of my budget. (An honorable mention also goes out to Evan at the Jantzen Beach location when I dropped over to check out the spa they had at their location and asked even more questions.) Once I narrowed it down to the one that I ultimately purchased (an R220), Doug walked me through the purchase process and paperwork, the estimated timing of delivery (I’d ordered in December so there were holidays to take into consideration, etc.), and coordinating with the delivery team and others. I have done a lot of project management in my day and the team did a good job of answering my questions as I followed up on the delivery dates and placement plan. Then after it was here and it was filled (in mid-February—brrr), the next phase of questions came as I learned to get the water to the right levels for chlorine, alkalinity, pH, etc. They have service options to have people come do these things for me, but I was determined to learn myself. And Doug once again helped me like a trooper while I figured it all out. His input and advice helped me set up a regular maintenance plan that is working great for me now. I have confidence in this group and recommend working with Doug if you’re considering a similar purchase.

  I went to all the local spa dealers looking for a mid size tub. I ended up buying from Oregon Hot Tub because of the build quality of the tub and equally as important was the staff. They are super helpful answered all my questions about the tub. Followed up after delivery to make sure I was happy gave me his personal number said call anytime. Fantastic service and build quality.

  Super pleased with the quality of customer service from Tammy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to answer every question I had. She was very attentive to our needs, and was able to get us an amazing hot tub for a great price. Everyone has been super friendly, and I would recommend Tammy at Oregon Hot Tub to anyone looking for fantastic service.
