Aaron was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made everything easy to understand and helped me find exactly what I needed. His great customer service and positive attitude made the experience stress-free. I would not recommend this Extra Space Storage location.
I rented a unit expecting my belongings to be stored in a clean, secure environment. Instead, I discovered mouse droppings on my property because of an ongoing rodent problem at the facility. I later learned that a neighboring tenant had been storing food, which attracted mice that made their way into my unit. This issue was never disclosed when I signed up.
What was most frustrating was the response. Rather than addressing the rodent problem, I was told I could buy my own mouse deterrent (but not use traps or poison) or move all of my belongings into another unit myself. Neither option solves the fact that mice are already inside the facility and contaminating customers' property.
The facility also has extremely poor lighting. The hallways are dim and feel dark, making it difficult to access units comfortably and safely.
To make matters worse, management removed the door stops from the exterior doors because people were leaving them open. As a result, moving items in and out has become far more difficult and inconvenient for paying customers.
People rent storage units to protect their belongings. Having mice run through units and leave droppings on customers' property is unacceptable. The lack of a meaningful solution and the overall condition of the facility have left me very disappointed. If you're considering this location, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Overall a nice experience. I had a small storage unit with interior access. I never had any issue getting through the security gate. The interior of the building was always cool-to-cold, dry and well lit. The property is clean and well maintained. The only downside side was finding rodent droppings among my belongings. Would use again and pack/wrap items well.

Straight from the Horses mouth - this is Real Estate. They do not care about serving their customers!!
Manager has no interest in retaining tenants and terrible customer service. You'll be paying 25% more than the listed rates after 1 year, which could be nearly 2X their introductory rate. Lifetime resident of Beaverton. Working closely with public Ill make sure to NEVER reccomend Extra Space storage to anyone!!
