The worst Lowe’s. We’ve done business with this Lowe’s for several years now. In the past they’ve always been great to work with. However in the last couple months it’s become terrible. No one at the Pro Desk wants to do anything. If you call to place an order they will refuse to do the order. They’ll just tell you they don’t have time and to come do it yourself. The management apparently does not care as they are unwilling to do anything about it. Very arrogant lazy people working at the Pro Desk, I have no idea what Lowe’s is paying them to do.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
