Don’t expect anyone to ever help you at the Yukon Oklahoma Lowe’s, I have talked to 3 different associates to get someone to cut a piece of plexiglass for a window repair after some storm damage and have waited for an hour for the person they called to come help! Finally stopped another associate that was just walking around and he was able to help

I went in store to purchase a washer, dryer & dishwasher. I ordered all for delivery 2 days later. When my delivery arrived, the dishwasher wasn’t there. I had someone in town to install the dishwasher so I reached out to Lowe’s and the person who helped me said she accidentally marked that I took the dishwasher with me the day it was purchased. I was very understanding because mistakes happen, but my problem was with the way she didn’t even try to resolve the issue. I had asked if it was in stock so that I could come pick up. She said they don’t carry them in stock so she can only refund me. As I had someone at my house ready to install, I needed it that day. I had to ask her to check for other Lowe’s stores that may have it in stock in the area and then she did. She did not apologize until the end when I probably started to seem frustrated. When she found a store about 30 minutes out with the dishwasher in stock I asked for a refund on my delivery at least since I did not receive what I was supposed to and was having to go pick the dishwasher up. She said that wasn’t “necessary” since I did receive some of my order. It was just poor customer service to not be apologetic, not offer anything for the trouble even though it was her fault that the items weren’t delivered.

Online order got a text it was ready to pick up i got there only to find out they didn't carry some of it anymore even though their web site said they had 4 of them. Went to look for something a little different to replace it in tools was there 30 minutes couldn't get any help, even though at the front desk they said they'd send someone over there. I got a refund and went somewhere else. Won't ever be back as my Dad would say "I guess they got all the business they need because they don't seem to want mine."

I usually get excited to go to my local Lowe's.....today was horrible! It felt like a home improvement dollar general....isles were clogged with boxes and debris...several shelves were empty and couldn't get down an isle because a forklift was left right in the middle...no one around at all. Several employees were on their phones and didn't even look up. We came to get $2000 worth of stuff and left with $200 because it was all out of stock. Very disappointed.
