When contacted was rude a referred to her (who he had never met) as “that old woman”. Said he was not going to repair because she was just using it wrong. Finally worked with the warranty people to get a competent person out who fixed it in minutes by replacing the part that had failed. I would not waste your time. Update: here we are again. Another warranty repair has been stuck with no contact. Warranty claims confirmed they assigned JJ Appliance repair. So now more waiting while they assign someone who will actually call or show up.
