I have used Tulsa Sod and Mulch for about 5 years now (topsoil, sand, and sod). What I can say is they have excellent customer centered service. They respond to emails promptly and even will extend phone calls to discuss things. I had a situation this year with the topsoil I ordered clumping due it being wet at the time of delivery. They were kind, professional, and upfront. Shelby spoke with the owner and they offered full refund for the purchased topsoil and new seed for the future if it was deemed necessary. Fortunately the refund was not needed due to the grass germinating and things working out. I will continue to use Tulsa Sod & Mulch in the future due to their transparent customer service, fair pricing, and quality of product.

Laid their fescue sod down last year. It held up okay in this summer heat. However, all their sod came with a non biodegradable plastic netting. This netting is proving to be nightmare for core aerating and reseeding my yard this fall. It’s getting caught in everything from my aerator to mower. Plus it’s horrible for the environment and soils. Never would have laid this down if I knew the netting wasn’t biodegradable. Sad they don’t advertise this feature of their grass.

They will quote you on more pallets than you need and then not buy them back when you're done. Buyer beware.

Great job! We had this sod installed earlier this year and it’s looking fantastic! Thank you!
