  Shop replaced push rod in my mower. Was quoted over the phone that push rod was bent and that was the only thing wrong. I gave the go ahead to replace. When I picked the mower up 2 weeks later after I paid the bill I found a note stating there was a node on the head that was broke off and the repair might not work. The guy up front I paid couldn't give me any answers and said the mechanic had already left for the day. Once I got home I didn't even get the mower of the trailer and it started knocking. Called dealership back the only thing they offered was a discount on labor for repairing there failed repair. No way to treat a customer that 2 weeks earlier spent 8300 on a new mower.

  Bad Boy MZ Magnum Tim showed me the mowers, answered my questions, explained the pros and cons for various models. He is knowledgeable, honest, and flat out refuses to sell subpar machines. “They offer 3 engines, we hated 2 of them, so we only sell one.” NO PUSHY SALES TACTICS. I left and looked at several other brands and the Bad Boy is the best built in my desired price range. I returned 2 days later and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or my experience with Sutton Tractor & Equipment. Thank you Tim!

  I had a great experience purchasing my Bad Boy zero-turn mower from Sutton Tractor. The entire process was easy from start to finish. They helped me take advantage of the 0% financing, made everything simple, and even delivered the mower to my property. I've been extremely impressed with the quality of the Bad Boy mower. It's built tough, has plenty of power, and handles my 2.5 acres with ease. It's made mowing faster, easier, and much more enjoyable. One of the biggest reasons I chose Sutton Tractor was knowing I would have local parts and service after the sale. It's reassuring to buy from a dealer that stands behind the products they sell and is there when you need support. If you're in the market for a zero-turn mower or other equipment, I highly recommend Sutton Tractor. They offer great products, excellent customer service, and the kind of hometown support that's hard to find these days.

  I had good experiences before with them. They helped me when the John Deere store in Owasso didn't. This time they were behind on getting us our mower, not communicative about it, and they weren't open on Saturday as posted (after I drove 35 mins over). Even when I spoke with them there was no apology or even a discount because of the inconvenience. We won't be doing business with them again. Unfortunate.
