After calling the second time to get quote, employee arrived two hours prior to scheduled allotment time. Informed me he remembered system and would send quote. After a week, phoned office to see if I missed email. Quote was not sent, then blamed me for not being at home. I work too, I would had been at home during scheduled time.

They relocated 14-15 heads, but when the concrete crew arrived, they found 2 heads that had been missed, which I had to pay the concrete guys extra to move. After everything was finished, I also discovered that one zone wasn’t working properly, and the grass in that area died off from the heat before I caught the issue. Overall, Pro Sprinklers is a nice company with friendly, professional people — they just need a little more attention to detail to make sure nothing gets missed.
