Normally my go to Lowes. This morning (7/6/2026) at roughly 10:15 am I packed up my 1 year old and grabbed a couple of cans of exterior paint we inherited with the purchase of our new home to have them shaken for some touch up work. The fat bearded man who was running the paint counter refused to shake the cans as "they were not their product" despite both cans being Sherwin williams product. He informed me that came from the Sherwin williams store. We are currently repainting the interior of our home with roughly 2k worth of paint from this store. I am very disappointed in this employee and this location. I will note that the cans are sealed and safe to shake. There was no one waiting on the paint counter at the time.

I went to buy a window unit today 07/05/26 between 11am and 1130am. The price on the shelf said, $169, but rang up $219. You lead and employee said, they wpuldnt honor the price . I csnt help your employees are to ignorant to put the products in the right place. Also, your lead and employee wanna talk crap. I will not do business with this high price corporation. I will express this with friends and mu business not to do business with any Lowes.

Went in to get a tool that confirmed 4 should be there, a employee name Zach came to help me and said he would have to check the dock since none where up front after 30 min. Someone i think was some type of supervisor ask if I need help, I showed him what I was looking for and he found it in top stock. We found Zach down by paint petting some dogs, not looking for the tool I needed. Would given more stars if I had just worked with the second guy and would have given 1 star if it was just zach.

They make it very hard to spend money here. Trying to buy tools that are locked up & after 30+ minutes & asking for help 5 or more times the only thing I got was ghosted by the first guy after he wasn’t sure on the process then just disappeared. Then got sent a lady that doesn’t have a key to the cabinets but tried to harass me for 5minutes about some raffle form (to the point I had to aggressively say no). It’s like they want to shut down & go all online. Honestly surprised it’s not harassment with how aggressively they try to get you to fill out their forms

I love Lowe's. Lowe's was my first place of employment out of high school. Lots has changed. Most worrisome of the changes is the lack of customer service. 6 employees walked by me while I was searching for a product that showed online without even so much as hello or get out of my way. When I finally gave up my own hunt and went to ask for assistance, I was told "we don't stock that" and that was it. I guess I will find another store to buy or order the materials for my project.
