  We bought 14 sheets of OSB at the Lowes in Tulsa Hills. We tried to get someone to load it for us. Nobody would help. My husband had to go outside get a cart and start loading it by himself. After a customer started helping him a young man (employee) by the name, Lex helped my husband load the rest on a cart and unload it on to our trailer. I am greatful for this young man. He was about to clock out. But we will not be back to this Lowes again to get material for our house remodel. I can say the other Lowes store we have been to over the last few months has had much better customer service. Again very much grateful for Lex and his help, he deserves a raise and maybe he could teach the other staff that with out customer to help and purchase items they wouldn't have a job.

  Called 3 times, transferred, and hung up on while asking about an insulation blower. When asking the receptionist if they could check if it was availble, the lady was unwilling to check and said we had to come in to see if it was available. Another store answered and was able to easily check for us.

  I had purchased some boards here came to exchange them the only thing they said that they can do is refund me the money onto my card which would take 5 to 7 business days for me to get the money back but I needed the other boards to repair a bed so I have a place to sleep then when I asked for corporates number they refused to give it to me and said that you can find it on the website so now I'm out money and out of a place to sleep for the next five to seven business days

  Good shopping experience. Just needed to get a few things, everything went well. The only encounters with an employee was in ceiling fans, but they were asking about water testing. The other time was as my brother and I self checked out a Weber charcoal grill and a few other things and paid cash she wanted to gawk hard. I asked if she wanted a candy bar as I always buy the cashier that scans my items a treat and she quit watching as much. She never spoke even after we walked right next to her and said have a nice day and smiled. Older lady with koolaid red hair. Nice well stocked store, could use some dusting but I imagine in the home improvement environment it's not a priority or easy to maintain.

  Can I rate this store less than a 1? On June 24, 2026, I purchased a mower for $6,399 and was given a delivery date of July 6, 2026. On July 6, I stayed home from work after confirming the delivery the day before. The mower was never delivered, and I received no communication explaining why. On July 7, I went to the store and was told the mower had been incorrectly scheduled for delivery on a box truck instead of a flatbed truck. I was given a new delivery date of July 11. When the delivery window passed on July 11, I called the store and was told the delivery truck was overloaded and my mower had been left behind. I was told I could pick it up at the store that day or the next. Approximately 90 minutes later, the store called back and informed me they could not locate my mower. I was then told an identical mower was available at the Owasso store and that it would be transferred for pickup on July 13. However, on July 12, Lowe’s contacted me and admitted my original mower had actually been stolen from the store. I was also informed that the mower in Owasso had mechanical issues and was not available. I was asked to come to the store on July 13 to discuss my options. At that point, my original order was canceled, and a completely new order was created with an estimated in-store pickup date of July 20. On July 17, after noticing the order status had changed to “Delayed,” I contacted the store and was told the mower was now expected on July 24. On July 21, I called again because the order still showed as delayed. As of the time of this complaint, the store has been unable to provide any meaningful update or even confirm when—or if—I will receive the mower. I also contacted Lowe’s Corporate Customer Care, hoping they could resolve the situation. Unfortunately, they provided no meaningful assistance and offered no solution. As a result of Lowe’s repeated mistakes, poor communication, and lack of accountability, I have now been without a mower for nearly a month. I have spent over $1,200 hiring mowing services to maintain my five-acre property, while Lowe’s has continued to hold $6,399 for a mower they have repeatedly failed to deliver. This experience has involved missed delivery commitments, inaccurate information, a stolen product, inventory issues, repeated delays, and a complete lack of ownership from both the local store and corporate customer service. The level of incompetence and disregard for the customer has been unacceptable. I simply want the mower I paid for, reimbursement for the unnecessary expenses their failures have caused, and for Lowe’s to be held accountable for how this situation has been handled.
