Lowes is a glorified garden center. Not a DIY store. Lowe's now lets you pick up orders in lockers. However they send out tons of texts on partially filled orders. Everything is in transit. So you have to make 3 trips. I just bought an edger and they don't have the line. Its taking a week to replace. Do you need a part? Don't come here its not in stock. Lowes is not a parts store for equipment they sell. Go to partsselect online. If you need an inflatable yard decoration come here, they got plenty of that. How are you going to sell mowers blowers and edgers and have stock on batteries 😂?

Every other Lowe’s I’ve gone to will load up your concrete on the contractors side. So I went to the register on contractors side like I normally do and asked for 4 bags of 80lb sakrete. I asked for help loading the bags of concrete because they typically load them for me. Mind you this is the end of the day I’ve had a long one and I’m preparing for my following days material.
She goes and gets a kid and he tells me the concretes not out front it’s along the wall. I said okay can you load it up for me and he said no we don’t do that unless the concrete is out front. Which is bull crap because all the Lowe’s I’ve been to will load your concrete up for you whether it’s out front or in the store. I’m pissed and rightfully so. I loaded my concrete myself. But I will do everything in my power to avoid this location from now on. THANKS LOWES!
