I waited to return an item for 15 minutes with two people in front of me. At one point the cashier left and returned with four managers! They didn't even make eye contact with me even though it was clear that I've been waiting there forever... after I return my item I went to those managers and told my displeasure they told me they were helping another customer... no apology. I asked him if it was acceptable to wait 15 minutes and I said and they said no. Nothing else nothing else... I like Lowe's in general but this store has issues and it starts with the managers apparently

I’ve been shopping at this Lowe’s for a long time, and I’m very happy with this location. They have a huge variety of products and carry many different brands, styles, and price options, which makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.
The prices are competitive, the product selection is excellent, and I’ve always had good experiences with the service. I appreciate having such a reliable home improvement store nearby. Definitely one of my go-to places for home projects!

Horrible experience and I will not go to this location again! Was quoted a price for custom blinds but was told by the associate if we bought the ones in stock and had them cut there, it would be cheaper and around $270 because they were on sale for 30% off. So we agreed but the associate made it a point to tell us that he was getting off in 20 min so he didn’t have time to cut them. He then had another associate do it. When we went to pay for the blinds they did not ring up at 30% off. Then when speaking to the manager about the issue, she was very rude about it and told us that she would not honor what the associate quoted us because he store would be losing money on the deal. Not once did she ever apologize for the misinformation and actually said, “well you don’t have to buy them” so we left without purchasing the blinds. Never had such horrible customer service from a manager before! Also, this was the 2nd Lowe’s I had went to today because the first one I went to, their machine to cut their blinds was broken.

Would give them negative stars if possible. 'Free delivery' has turned into an absolute nightmare, several days of missed work due to lack of communication, call the store and no one answers, the 2-day delivery window has just turned into 12 days plus. Absolute nightmare. I fully believe Chris V. lied straight to my face to make a sale. Very poor service. Lowe's should be ashamed.
