I'm not upset with the service cause I get service every time I walk in to pay my bill and the ladies that work there are sweet hearts.

I highly recommend Keyport Memorial Self Storage! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and secure. Lexus is an absolutely wonderful manager! She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. She truly cares about her customers and makes the entire rental process easy and stress-free. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stand out! If you’re looking for a clean, secure storage facility with a manager who genuinely cares about her customers, this is the place to STORE!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this storage facility. From the moment I rented my unit, the management team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in the way they keep the property clean, organized, and secure. I feel completely comfortable knowing my belongings are stored here because the facility is always well-maintained and gives me peace of mind. It’s not easy to find a place that’s both professional and personable, but this team truly delivers. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and reliable place with exceptional customer service. Go in and asked for Lexus
