  I’ve had a wonderful experience with this storage facility. From the moment I rented my unit, the management team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in the way they keep the property clean, organized, and secure. I feel completely comfortable knowing my belongings are stored here because the facility is always well-maintained and gives me peace of mind. It’s not easy to find a place that’s both professional and personable, but this team truly delivers.   Been at Keyport for years. Only thing is they keep raising the rates... you would think if you have been there for as long as I have been.. they would want to keep us instead of raising the rates .

  This storage unit business is clean safe to be in and maintained well on the property . The Mgr. Lexus is always kind and pleasant to speak with even if there is a issue. Thank you for understanding the customers and giving great service as always!
