  Patricia is kind and amazing. Prior to the new ownership, I worked with “Cricket” who was supportive. My parents used Keyport Storage for many many years. There were some ups and downs, and my parents didn’t have a lot of money to support their stuff. Even lost a bin due to non payment > auction. (Admittedly this was hard on my family as we lost some important family history and do not know the fate of these photos/recordings. After my parents Deaths, Keyport worked with us as much as they could within reason to align and help me eventually vacate. Communication is key and Keyport was supportive.

  I’ve been using this storage place for almost 2 tests and they are amazing. I’ve never had any issues and they always worked with me if I was late. All the ladies on the office are sweet and always make sure they handle you in a timely manner. The storage is affordable and very convenient. They also offer lock cut off services for mishaps

  stay away from this place they will lied to get your business i was told they were giving me a moth for free i got my unit with them on june 22 2026 and i only paid $39 dollars but i had to pay the full moth on July fist 8 days later so yes stay away from this place or you might be disappointed

  It’s a cheap option and there are levels of security to the units, which is nice. As a cheap option, it’s not climate controlled and critters can get at your stuff but that’s to be expected. It served its purpose for us!
