I am using an outdoor space for my camper with this location. The manager, Patricia, was very nice and easy to work with. Their price was very reasonable. The management changed a few months ago for this location. I was told they have cameras, security checks and someone on site that I was happy to hear was provided. It was nice to find a location “in town” to store my small camper of 18ft.

The way they take care of long-term customers is not positive. I've been with keyport since 2022 and found that my rental price for a 10x10 was $30 over market. They were offering better price to new customers to get them in but beware new customers they will raise the price until you have to move. I asked for a call from their area manager Clarice and she did not bother to pick up a phone discuss my issue with Keyport. I went to the competitor for $35 a month less. That's with a price lock for one year. If you're with keyport maybe you'll have better luck than I did. I no longer have a locker at keyport. The only reason I gave it 2 Stars was the previous years with Keyport, before the new management team we're actually very positive.
