  It’s a cheap option and there are levels of security to the units, which is nice. As a cheap option, it’s not climate controlled and critters can get at your stuff but that’s to be expected. It served its purpose for us!

  this place use to be awesome but I can't say that anymore my brother had been renting a storage from this place for years and I believed his missed one payment anyhow a woman called him and let him know there was new management and that his locked was popped without his knowledge so when my brother goes to check his storage his 70 inch lg curve was missing with another 70inch tv multiple collectable cars that was worth money they left the one that held little value so when he asked them why was the lock popped without his knowledge they had a excuse for everything there was even a camera over my storage they wouldn't show any footage remind you my brother had insurance on his things you would think a place of business would be helpful with things coming up missing out of a storage and all he got was excuses one of the woman also said well did you at least get some of the cars......what?????? no one is suppose to be touching anything what the hell do you mean also the place that my brother sold the rest of the cars to that held little value he told us that 2 woman came in with a younger and he had the footage he found it weird because the cars we explained that were missing with value the woman were trying to sale him with the same writing on the boxes of the cars as the ones my brother had so he didn't buy the cars from the woman so now it really makes since to why no one was concerned about my brothers belongings or that a lock was popped due to new management that's basically what they told him and they couldn't do anything so now my brother is taking action but do not storage at this location go elsewhere and it is action being tooken he brothe paid a receipt for 560 I'm February I know you would have to make it look good to get on here to say that but I'm not talking for my health this is what I saw with my own 2 eyes I took him to make the 560 payment in February do you need a receipt of that too and I helped remove some of the things because he couldn't get everything because of something I can't disclose on here but yea y'all not right and I'm standing on that y'all didn't try checking no cameras y'all had excuses every time just like u trying have a excuse for popping the lock when I gave the ride for his brother to pay the 560 in February so like you said take further action and it's getting done I'm people know how y'all get down period

  I’ve stored with key port numerous of times. Amazing customer service each time, I highly recommend this company. The ladies are great and very helpful with the process and paperwork. I thank you all for everything.
