We paid in full for an above ground pool and he did NOT work for a solution to our back yard slope - we OBVIOUSLY are not going to install a pool on a slope - we realize that preparation dirt work would be needed and assumed that was included in the $1500 installation fee - NOW I had to CANCEL the entire order and he is charging 4% credit card fee for nothing done. I would stay above from this arrogant you know what - do not deal with him. I am just beyond - I do not normally have situations like this - being treated so poorly when I am owed a large sum of money that I have not yet received a refund. I have not been treated like a customer at all. I will not be able to stop worrying about this until I have a refund in my hand. This has been the absolute worst experience made even worse by dealing with Mike Woods. Once I get this refund (which I better) this is probably a blessing in disguise that we will be going else where to get a pool. One last thing and this is a personal message to Erik and Mike - keep this in mind - when you treat a customer poorly it is very easy for anyone (like me) to leave an honest google review - so beware - it is consumer power to warn other potential customers.
