I rented my units online for the cheaper price. I recommend that you look at units beforehand, you may not get what you ordered. I was disappointed with my self storage unit. The manager on site, Stacy,did what she felt she could do to make it right. She was friendly and nice. The units and ground were well kept. STACY MADE EVERYTHING EASY BY SHOWING ME HOW TO OPERATE THE GATE and where my units were. Overall, I recommend Extra Space Storage

Samantha helped me out so greatly with the move out services. I was in a tough situation where I couldn’t come physically and she was so patient and kind to me. Never in my life have I had customer service that good where it hardly felt like customer service. I cannot describe in words how kind she was with me. She left such a good impression of this company on me that I cannot recommend this place more.
