Today, Samantha helped me and she was also super nice. Both very personable people. Extra Space did raise my rent kind of high, but that’s not the employees fault. I would’ve given 4 star, but Stacey and Samantha earn the 5th star. If they weren’t there though, definitely 4 stars.
