- MMMichelleMay 22, 20262.0Wish I could say I had a better experience. Brought my vacuum in because it was clogged. A nice lady was trying to answer my questions but the man she was asking the questions to seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. I left my vacuum with the quoted price of $69.99 and parts. Turn around was 3 days. So that’s good. But that’s about where the good ends. I rolled my vacuum in on its back wheels. Picked it up and the locking mechanism was not locking. It kept flopping over. I couldn’t roll it on its back wheels out the store. The guy even brought it to me carrying it in one hand because he obviously couldn’t roll it either. I specifically remember the lady rolling my vacuum on its back wheels to the back the day I brought it in. I went back inside and told them this was not how I brought my vacuum. Repairman insisted that it was broken when I brought it and offered to charge me to replace the entire bottom half of the machine. Lady said nothing probably because she also remembers being able to roll it on its back wheels. Even if it’s small, that is dishonest. My vacuum also smells like an ash tray and we do not smoke.
