I'm a retired dog rescuer down to seven dogs now so it's a real chore trying to keep up with my yard area the Aptive Folks have worked very closely with me trying to help me get control of the flea and tick problem at my new place, & I really appreciate the courtesy they've shown me and how diligent they are trying to help me figure out how to resolve the overwhelming status of the woods all around me here.
These folks also do the inside of my house which requires them to work with me as I shuffle dog's room to room they're very professional and polite as everything is a mess still right now as I try to reacclimate us to a new place it's not easy !
! I would recommend these guys service as all the folks that have come have been very polite and worked with me as I try to help them maneuver safely and my multiple yards their price is reasonable and service courteous and the manager has worked with me to try to help me figure out how to tackle my problems here also 😉

Do not use.... inadequate service false promises overcharging and under delivering. Will totally lie to you about a contract, then after your signed up you are at their mercy. Charged me for the last 6 months and they haven't even stepped into my yard. Going to call the better buisness bureau and see what is actually going on. Stay away they will not spray just leave you with a hefty bill and attitude everytime you call. They should be called active payment center cause the bugs did not leave finally went in did it myself way better results. I almost forgot to add that the technician that did spray the inside of my house sprayed all my 3 months old stuff with chemicals same with my 700 dollar speaker. No common sense I even said not to spray anything in my baby's room at all door closed. Came in everything wet with chemicals

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
