  Our service tech did an excellent job! He was very professional and went above and beyond to service our home. I could not be more happy with the job he did.

  Do NOT use this company. I was in a year contract starting in September - mostly for mosquitos and voles. Turns out they weren’t treating for mosquitos for over 6 months of that, then told me the bait stations were on back order so gave me a discount for my remaining contract, over a month later, still no mosquito bait stations available and we have more bole activity than we did from the start. They also missed big wasp nests after service. Requested early cancellation due to them not providing the contracted service of mosquitos, they still charged me the $199 cancellation fee even though they didn’t uphold their contract agreement of treatments.

  Adrian and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable. They knocked out exactly what I needed in a timely manner, and communicated throughout the entire service to make sure I knew what they were doing and that my expectations were well met.

  Things have definitely Changed at Aptive. They used to let you know they were on the way. The technician would ask if there was anything particular they should focus on. Then they would text to let you know they were done and would include pictures and a list of what was accomplished on the visit. They are also supposed to sweep the eaves, doors, and windows. That didn’t happen. I hadn’t heard from them since January (now end of April) and had to go online and schedule an appointment. No telling when they would have shown up otherwise. Is the treatment still good? Time will tell. They used to be great.

  They initial guy who came out did a great sales job. The next guy who came out took his time, sprayed inside and out, and left little boxed bug traps. It went downhill from there... the guys are always friendly and kind, but... they sometimes come out without my knowledge (or maybe not ?) and tell me I wasn't home so they just did the outside. One guy told me he didn't want to do the inside because he didn't want to subject me to harsh chemicals. One guy, rather than picking up the old bug traps and placing new ones, just added a bug trap. Another told me there weren't many bugs inside of them... just a few small spiders... so he wasn't going to replace them. They didn't come monthly and sometimes not at all (well, they said they came but my ring didn't pick it up and obviously they didn't come inside). I'd skip this company (check the BBB website).
