Worst place to be. Everyone has bad attitudes, especially the girl with the real long nails that’s a cashier in the lumber checkout. Most of the workers are young college kids and they’re all rude and snobby. The store is always a mess and hard to get around in. If you need help the workers rarely can help. They don’t know their own departments. Their main issue at this store is the bad attitudes and the snobby-ness. Oh and they’re very obnoxious about asking you to do surveys. Like goodness. No one wants to do a dang survey. That’s about the only thing the cashiers seem to do as far as working. Asking for a survey. Smh

This particular Lowe’s is one of the worst I’ve ever seen, or interacted with. I’m in there almost everyday due to my job. So I’ve met a lot of the workers and most are pretty friendly and seem like good people. However, there’s a lot of other workers that are very in-welcoming and act like they hate their job and they project this onto their customers. There’s a particular girl name Arianna who has some of the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Sometimes she’s too busy in her phone. She checked me out one
Time and she literally never even looked at me the whole time because she was on her phone. Don’t say hi, do you need a bag or anything. Then there’s been other times when she’s just flat out rude and snappy. She’s the kind of person that should be nowhere near a customer service type job. I literally will not
Go through her checkout when she’s there and I know numerous other people who do the same thing. Another person that stands out at this place is a manager name Caden. This guy does absolutely nothing but sit around on lumber pallets and mope around. He has no rapport built up for customers or the workers. When you do ask the guy for help he just directs you somewhere or tells someone else to help. He seems very dumbfounded about the knowledge of the store and its items. Not sure how he got the job but he’s good at doing nothing. The store is always got unpacked
Merchandise left in the aisles where it’s hard to get around and it blocks a lot of the items. It just seems no one cares about their jobs or does their jobs. It sucks because these bad employees make everything bad for the good employees. And like I said, there are a lot of good employees. But unfortunately there’s more bad ones. I would not recommend this Lowe’s.
