Absolutely the worst customer service ever. After dealing with the automated service that does everything in the world try to get you not to talk to customer service, I finally got through only to be told to hold. After 23 minutes and 15 seconds of holding, I finally hung up and started the process again. After going through the automated service again, the phone rang and somebody picked it up and hung up. This happened two more times. Either get more help or just don’t have a way to call the store directly.
I called Enid Lowe’s and got my special order place within 10 minutes. So it can’t be a Lowe’s problem, just a crappy employee problem at Stillwater.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
