I was told that my washer and dryer would be delivered sometime this afternoon, then told sometime after 3pm. Took off work all day, sat at home and waited... NOTHING. NO phone call, NO text, NO email, NO effort what so ever to let me know they were running late, or wouldn't be able to deliver. I wasted my ENTIRE day for no reason. I work for a living and support myself, so it is irritating and a major inconvenience to play with my time. That is not only disrespectful, but poor customer service. I called them at 550pm and was told I was the next to the last delivery. They closed at 7pm and it is now 10pm... still NOTHING. I am beyond upset. This comes after my washer and dryer has been sent off for 4 months to be repaired, I had to wait 3 months to get a loaner washer and dryer (which is too big and takes up 90% of my hallway), and now I am being lied to about delivery. This is unacceptable customer service. I will never purchase from AARON'S again and strongly DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
