Absolute embarrassment to have my wife drive an hour from home to pick up 4 bags of floor leveler (online says 75 in stock!) to find empty pallets where the product should have been. She asked several employees for help and to be told William would come over to the aisle to help her and not show for 30 to 45 minutes before she gave up and left. After a frustrated phone call from her I thought to call the store hoping the customer service could do something to resolve the issue. Nothing but “I’m so sorry” “we’re understaffed”… on top of that yes they say that they have 75 bags but she is not allowed to sell them (your sure bout that bud?!)… no excuses, you charge a premium for your products, customers should receive premium service. Now I know why William never showed up, guy is prolly just tired of having to tell people they don’t have the product they say they have. If I had placed a pickup order are you gonna call and tell me that you don’t have it or you gonna wait tell I get there and tell me sorry?

I ordered a dishwasher and washer and dryer to be delivered and installed today. The dishwasher was delivered but Lowe’s failed to order the installation. I am having to hire a plumber to install it. On the good side, the plumber is charging $183 less than Lowe’s for the installation. The dryer was delivered and installed in such a way that I can’t close the closet door. The internet says that the washing machine was delivered today but that is not true. Where is my washing machine? Also, I paid for haul away but the old dryer is sitting on the front porch. I have been on hold for two hours now with no solutions for these problems. Lowe’s costumer service is sorry and understands my problems but somehow that does not make this situation better.
