- PHPatrick HuntMay 11, 20261.0Don't ever order same day delivery from here because apparently when you order same day it means next day to them. Could not get a reason from customer service why it wasn't being delivered same day like I was told and paid for. Asked for a refund for the delivery fee to be refunded and was told well it's still being delivered. Yeah you know what maybe but not in the time frame you said it would be. Bet I couldn't go to Lowe's load up a basket of stuff then leave and be like hey I'll pay you tomorrow it's all the same right.

As I'm looking at the plants inside, a male employee who was bald and had shorts on, looked at me from the outside fence and said out loud "Seriously!" As if it is too early to come spend my time and money at this Lowes in Owasso. I did not see the plants I needed so I went back inside the store as he came back inside. He passed me and scoffed at me. There was no "Hello or Good Morning or Welcome to Lowes!". Made me feel unwelcome. I do not want to come back to spend my time and money there.

I was looking for something specific and I wasn’t sure where to look so I stopped to ask an employee for help and in the middle of our conversation another employee had come up and pulled him away from helping me to go help another customer and then she walked off, I don’t know her name. I had seen her a few times that day just pushing a shopping cart around the store because of her I didn’t end up getting much help, so I just ended up leaving
- CDCorey DickApr 13, 20261.0Disappointed in the Owasso location! Found several screen doors that showed on clearance so we were going to purchase. Price above showed $53.00. There was one up there that showed 239.00 you cant read the small numbers to verify assuming the price is correct since there are more than one.. get to the self check out and it rings up $110. Advised the helper and they call a manger. She goes back and says sorry those numbers dont match. I mention there were several there for the 53.00 and said I should get it for that since you cant read them up high and the prices should be on the screen doors since they are wrapped in plastic. We go back there and there isnt one door that comes up to any of the clearence price which is misleading! They even have a worker who said those are a good deal! Pretty bad they dont even know the price of the doors. Needless to say they didnt honor the price and we left without a door! I will not shop there again. This was not the only product that we picked up that was mis-priced!
