Ordered a new grill. It arrived damaged. They offered a discount and I accepted. I never received the discount and after receiving the replacement part from the manufacturer (72 hours later) and started to unwrap the rest of the pieces discovered more damage. I called customer service and was hung up on. Called back and was told that I only had 48 hours after delivery to have the grill replaced and I was stuck with a grill that has creases in the sheet metal that should be straight. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!

Gentleman at the self-check out really exceeded all expectations on 8/15 at around 2:50p.m.. Despite being in a wheelchair, within 3 minutes had someone load my car, advised me that I received a complimentary 5 gallon Primo water with purchase of Primo water dispenser (which was clearly on the water dispenser box, but I never noticed it), secured the 5 gallon water and had me pull around. He was kind, personable, and not in a hurry. I fully expected to load everything myself and purchase a 5 gallon Primo water elsewhere. He said “I’d like you to be able to get that home gym set up right away.” “Just pull your vehicle around and we’ll take care of you”. Most would not have taken the time to notice what I was purchasing or offer to make sure it was all taken care of. I was truly blown away by his courtesy and willingness to help without being asked. I wish I knew his name, I hope Lowe’s honors him with the recognition he deserves. Most personable service, I’ve ever received at a big box store.

Claremore store delivered the wrong stain and would not listen so I went to return the wrong stain to Owasso and Wanda in that department walked directly to the right ones and grabbed them for me and apologized for claremore disrespectful and wrong behavior. I’ve wrote their fine review on claremore website but Owasso store is excellent and has never disappointed! Thanks Wanda!

Not a customer review exactly. I ordered a lift recliner from their website. My mother no longer needed it. I financed it thru the Lowe's Pay. I was having difficulty returning it. Fortunately the Assistant Manager , Johnathan, was incredibly helpful. The Lowe's Bartlesville location, on the other hand, was not. Neither of the customer service reps had a clue. It was as if it was their first day or something.

I don’t know why I keep going back to Lowe’s. It’s usually a little closer for me, but at this point, it’s worth the extra few minutes just to drive to Home Depot.
The customer service at Lowe’s—and honestly, at just about every Lowe’s I’ve been to—is consistently terrible. Today, I did have a very nice gentleman named Tom helping me at checkout. I was purchasing a wheelbarrow that needed to be unlocked, but he didn’t have access to the keys. He called someone for help, who told him to call someone else. That person said they were coming but never showed up. When Tom tried radioing them again, he was ignored.
Eventually, a third person happened to come by with the keys and unlocked it for us.
Unfortunately, this seems to be the normal experience at Lowe’s. Whether it’s something like this or trying to get help in another department, the customer service is awful compared to Home Depot or just about anywhere else. And good luck trying to call the store—you’ll get bounced around for 30 minutes before realizing you probably could’ve just driven up there faster.
