- TTThomasSep 3, 20261.0I was told that I had my payments to be updated for the past month to the next month however; they called and said that I was not paid up for the amount that I was told I would pay to be caught up so the manager said that he would believe a employee more than a customer when I explained to him that I asked the person if I would be caught up for the payment I made and I asked if he was correct on that payment for being paid in full amount until the following month is due as he said yes, so I paid the payment and thought it was paid for up to my next month payment. Find out that was not true since the person taking the payment was not correct so I was asked for another payment. I highly recommend not to use this company for leasing items. I feel very strong about the company not giving me the correct information about payments.

I have to be somewhere very important for treatment and might not be able to be there for delivery BUT my 18 year old son will be that has an ID and Cory and Christian keep telling me no that corporate requires it and I called corporate twice and they said anyone over 18 with a valid ID can accept the delivery but they keep telling me no. Chemotherapy is very important and they say otherwise.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
