  We've tried 6 different tree companies trying to get our storm damage cleaned up. They came when they said, and were extremely professional and quick! We will definitely use them again!

  Conner and his crew were very safety oriented and did awesome work. Quick and efficient. We had a large Maple in the front and large red oak in the back. The problem was, the had to use a crane to “fly” the large pieces over the house. They did an excellent job. Neighbors said it was the best entertainment they had in a long time. Bravo Zulu Mercer Tree Service!!

  We had a 70+ year old pecan tree that was 65+ foot tall, with a trunk diameter in excess of 42". It was planted approximately 10' from the house. We spent a lot of time trying to find the best tree service company for the job and am certain with Conner Mercer and Mercer Tree Service we found the best. From the first meeting we could tell Mercer Tree Service was the right fit for us. Conner is intelligent, honest, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, an ISA certified arborist, as well as a Veteran. He told us the estimate, then said he would go back to the office, write up the estimate, as well as have his insurance agent send a copy of his liability and workers' compensation insurance information as well. I didn't even need to ask for it! His estimate was very reasonable. When Conner and his team came to take out the tree, his whole team was just like him. What a pleasure! Honestly, they work together like family and they are all did their part. They have absolutely the best looking safety equipment, including safety climbing gear and helmets that allow the team to talk to each other as they are working. There is no guess work on what one guy is going to do or when he is going to do it as they are communicating the whole time. All of his men were very intelligent, hard workers, and so polite. It was amazing to see them climb the tree and cut the top first and rope off the limbs. They definitely take their business seriously. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would, as this company surpassed my expectations. Conner is a man with integrity. He is intelligent, honest, hard-working and a Veteran. What more could you want? We will definitely be using Conner and his team for tree service in the future.
