  I want to like this store because of its convenient location, but every time I come in for something that’s listed as available online, it isn’t in the location that the website says it should be in and finding help here is a challenge. Today, I needed help finding some trim nails that weren’t on the shelf but were available for in-store pickup. I looked for an employee for several minutes but couldn’t find one. I finally saw a cluster of employees near an endcap a few aisles over. I made eye contact with one who turned away and started to look busy. When I approached the cluster, I stood there awkwardly for a few moments while the employees continued to talk. They did seem to be talking about work, so I waited for a minute or two hoping that I could get the chance to politely ask for help. After standing awkwardly for a bit and realizing that I wasn’t going to find help in the store unless I waited in line at the service desk, I left. I’ve had a few decent experiences here in the past and every now and then I encounter an employee who really goes above and beyond (shout out to the guy with the fabulous nails who helped me secure my air filters a few weeks ago since the store does not have large bags!) but the majority have been similar to today’s experience. Home Depot and Ace, on the other hand, have never failed to deliver a great experience. While I did not factor this into my rating, the AI assistant for the Lowe’s website is also terribly unhelpful.

  YAY, LOWE'S on N May Ave, OKC! ⭐BETH, in Appliances, is a TREMENDOUS ASSET to the company and its' customers! Thank You for helping us choose the right refrigerator! The Lowe's Delivery team,⭐Perry and ⭐Tim, were EFFICIENT, STRONG, KNOWLEDGEABLE, all with ADDED CARE as the refrigerator never touched our hardwood floors!! Thank You, Lowe's Team! YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE!⭐

  My debit card was hacked and used in two different stores in Oklahoma City. I can't even find what I didn't buy. Not their problem. Most likely inside job in my opinion. I have reached out to you. Runaround. Then not your problem. I guess if it was your money it would be different.

  Purchased an item online for delivery and the order went through. The next day received an email and update my order was being prepared and would be out for delivery that day. Never moved from preparing to out for delivery and never received but ok, I didn’t need it immediately. The next day, 2 days after I ordered I get an email with a receipt for the cancellation of my order. No phone call, no explanation why, just cancelled. Called the store and was told they didn’t have the item even though it showed in stock. Ok again, I didn’t need it immediately I would have waited. I told them I would wait while they get more and then was told actually it shouldn’t have been sold at the price I purchased for so they weren’t honoring it. Very rude like I’m trying to cheat them or scam them, I literally just bought an item they had listed on their website for the price they had listed. I feel like they should honor it, it wasn’t some crazy deal just a good sale, but regardless it was the waiting 2 days only to have it cancelled without so much as a call or explanation first about why that was the poor customer service part. Then treating me like I did something wrong here for purchasing something from them. Don’t worry won’t make that mistake again.

  If you try calling this store for any reason (I'm missing a dishwasher from my delivery & the website won't load my purchases or anything) YOU'LL BE ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR AT LEAST cuuuuz they refuse to hire humans in favor of AI phone assistants. They literally wanna have as FEW humans on the job as possible so they are SACRIFICING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AUTOMATION, TAKING AWAY JOBS FOR LOCALS -- JUST ONE MORE BUSINESS IN OKC CONTRIBUTING TO THE HOMELESSNESS EPIDEMIC BY REPLACING HUMANS WITH AUTOMATION! I ordered a new washer dryer, something for my garage, and a new air filter for the house. All of those were delivered no problem. My dishwasher however was not on the delivery order and instead sent to pick up as if I'm not a disabled veteran incapable of lifting such an appliance after my service in the first half of the GWOT before military leaders decided our rucksacks have too much gear that is way too heavy and needs to be lighter no matter the cost so our military can stop sending Veterans to the VA system with service connected disabilities stemming from the seed that Was our rucksack weight back in my day. I can't even walk half a mile without becoming immobilized. How am I supposed to lug this dishwasher home?
