  Our experience with LoveSac was extremely disappointing, and we would not purchase another one of their products. For a couch priced at over $10,000, we expected a premium purchasing and delivery experience. Instead, the sofa arrived in numerous individual pieces requiring complete assembly by the customer. Despite the company’s claims that assembly is simple, we found the process to be time-consuming, physically demanding, and far more difficult than advertised. We were initially quoted a 10-week lead time, yet the furniture was shipped prematurely to a home we had not yet taken possession of, creating unnecessary complications. Throughout the process, communication between the retail store, customer service, and upper management was inconsistent, unclear, and often misleading, making an already frustrating situation even more difficult. Although the couch was eventually delivered to the correct location, the overall experience fell well short of the expectations that come with a luxury-priced product. In our opinion, the quality of the customer experience does not justify the premium price point. Based on our experience, we would not recommend LoveSac and would strongly encourage prospective buyers to carefully consider other options before making such a significant investment.

  All of the sales people were great to work with, especially Kathy. I would highly recommend Lovesac and working with the OKC crew, they will make sure you get what you need.

  We tried every known furniture store trying to find a couch with no luck - wrong sizes, shipping was too long, or too expensive. Then we wandered in to Lovesac on a whim. Alexa greeted us immediately and was beyond helpful. She stayed with us every step of the way, answered every single question and helped us stay within our budget! Highly recommend Alexa at the classen curve location!

  This place was absolutely amazing, but what made it the best shopping experience in a long time was Derek our sales associate. In a time when customer service is at an all time low, it felt great to have the attention and knowledge without feeling any pressure. Derek knew our budget and worked with us to find the best value possible with discounts and 0% financing options (which is unheard of lately). I would be doing a disservice not to mention the couch we purchased. It’s rad, the coolest couch you can imagine and tough enough for our 5 children. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, I can’t recommend checking this place out for yourself enough… guessing you won’t leave empty handed 😁
