  Shirlene is rude. If you see reviews referring to the “the mean old lady” it is her. She helped multiple people before me, would not answer questions, and did not want to assist me with finding a product to make a sale. 2 stars because the younger lady who works here on Sundays is very kind and helpful.

  The old lady in there is nasty. The young lady working there servicing pool cleaners lied and said she would be looking at the cleaner the next day. Two weeks later, nasty old lady said “we tell people we’re a month behind” and they would get to it when they get to it. Take your equipment somewhere else to be serviced.

  I had a pretty confusing experience here. I came in looking for help with a pool vacuum, and when I asked a few basic questions, the employee told me she “knows nothing about pools.” That really caught me off guard, especially since this is a store that specializes in pool supplies. I completely understand that not every employee will know everything, but I would expect at least some basic knowledge or an effort to find someone who could help. Instead, I left feeling like my questions were a burden rather than part of the job.
