The last increase wasn't announced at all. During my stay with Extra Space we were broken into, nothing was stolen but I wasn't offered any compensation at all even though they admitted fault. I wouldn't recommend them as a storage facility unless you want constant price increases and the insecurity of break ins. Please don't reply with some smarmy response. Blowing smoke at people is obvious and unneeded. Keep it.
