I rented a 10×10 for about 6 months. The unit (including to the middle of the door rale) measured 9'4 by 9'2, which came out to 86 square feet rather than the expected 100. After 3 months my $40 a month rent turned into $90 a month because my limited time deal ended which was not disclosed when I signed up for the unit. I was forced to buy and return a lock despite having my own in hand. And I was forced into having insurance that was not required as I was told that I was able to cancel during as of the second month. I would recommend any other storage company over this one. So much so, that this is my first review that I have ever written for anything.

Christina was very knowledgeable and very helpful and got us fixed up with a 10 x 10 no problemo with the first month Free, which was amazing and all of our stuff fit into it from a two bedroom apartment
