I originally was very thrilled to utilize this space due to the ease of gate access, the rate for the unit (I shopped around and chose this specific location due to rate), and being able to get to my outdoor unit. However, I am extremely disappointed in how they handle pricing as a company. I have consistently paid for my unit every month and just received not even a two weeks notice that my rate is nearly DOUBLING for my next bill and beyond. While I understand we are on month to month leases, doubling rates for consistent, loyal customers is frustrating. I’m in a position now to either pay double for a space that I’ve been paying for, or quickly find another storage facility to store my items. In the next two weeks. I understand increasing rates for market value, but will the raise decrease when the market fluctuates? No. I would not rent here again knowing what I know now.
