Did not provide ANY NOTICE OF INCREASE IN PRICE fyi price went from $50 to $150 in SIX MONTHS the law states they must notify of any increase at least 30 days before hand I still haven’t gotten notice but see they upped yet again on my account

I have been using Extra Space Storage for a while and have been happy with the experience. However, the customer service is unparalleled. I called for information about a different storage facility and the man I spoke with answered all my questions and then some. He provided me with specific, location-specific recommendations based on my particular needs and I feel much better prepared to pick a unit than I did previously. I also will DEFINITELY be using Extra Space Storage after that phone call.
