- RPRita Pine6 days ago5.0The guy who sprayed yesterday was amazing! He let me know he was on his way and when he got here. I was not able to be at home, but he followed up with some pictures and he explained what I thought were ants were actually a different type of Bug. He included pictures of that bat bug so I could identify it. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me! Very, very nice guy and smart!!!
- SGSheila GageOct 8, 20265.0Everyone is so sweet and they do exceptional work. They must be really meticulous. I say that because I notice a difference with the flying creatures, whatever the case may be before and after it makes all the difference and I appreciate their honest work
- KSKathy ScruggsOct 6, 20265.0My experience was very positive. All of my questions were answered and the product was explained. The staff was easy to communicate with and very friendly. I feel safe with this product and know my pet will be too.
- JLJan LuptonSep 29, 20261.0I have nothing but problems with this company. Made a lot of claims about what they could do but then they don’t complete work. 1st appt was good. 2nd claims knock on door sprayed front and left. My husband and I were home. I kept asking when come back out and tech would not give me a date. After about a week and half I could got scheduled. This tech was rude, would not go in attic (mice) even though 1 st guy did. Then claimed to late to do anything about mesquites. Had they done the job 1 st time it would not have been to late.
- ZFZachary FordSep 29, 20261.0Poor service and even worse customer support. Tried moving service locations 3x and they charged me for when they serviced the wrong address. Failed to fulfill service requests when weather was not permitting. Tried canceling and the support rep would only tell me new offers and was refusing to cancel. They refused to escalate my call when requested. I spent over an hour just trying to cancel services. If there were a 0 star rating I’d give them a -8.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
