I also received photos of the spots treated and a detailed message of the process as well. I’ve never had any kind of professional to do this for me but I definitely recommend.

We get tics on us everyday I knew he wasn’t here long enough I hope this is not a rip off. Y’all need to come and spray this place. He just didn’t spend enough time here. - MLMarc LowryApr 27, 20264.0other than minor miscommunication between sales rep (app used to create an account) and Aptive’s database system, we’re very pleased. our technician, Josh, did a FANTASTIC job. we were sold treatment for three structures, including: interior & exterior rodent & insect. Josh went through the process of treating one structure as standard treatment option, but was happy to treat additional structures, once he was informed that they were to be included in the treatment plan we purchased. Unfortunately, it rained a few days after our treatment; and, we’re already starting to see the re-emergence of ants and flying insects. We’ll be following through with a warranty second treatment and we’re happy enough with the service that we will definitely keep the contract signed for the next 12 months. in summary, we were given a great deal, service technician did a fantastic job. a couple of small hiccups to overcome… but, i think we’ll be very happy with Aptive.
