I ordered a couch from this store online. The order said 5-7 days for delivery. I waited over 2.5-3 weeks for delivery because in their own words "the couch was lost in shipping." After they finally located it, it was another week for delivery. I asked very kindly for them to call when they were on their way as I work 5 minutes away from where I live and I would meet them. The store called that morning to verify delivery that day. I again asked for a call when they were on their way and was assured I would be called. Next thing I know I get a phone call from a delivery guy asking when is a good time to come back as they are at my home and no one is answering. I speed home and rush to gather my pets away so that they can deliver the couch. They bring it in, have me sign a piece of paper and leave. for the next 2-3 weeks I sit on a 2 piece couch that is not attached to each other and the pieces keep separating. Each time they call me about making my payment, I bring this up and my call was transferred to the "GM" to resolve it but he never picked up the call. Last week I finally get someone who puts me on the schedule for someone to come fix the couch connection. I again ask to call before they come. I was assured they would. That morning they called again to verify the appointment. I again reiterate to call before coming and again I am assured they will. And again I get a phone call saying when will you be home because the tech is there. I rush home and no one is there. I call the store back and get transferred to the GM Jason. He tells me that the guy left but is on his way back. I explain all of the issues and whatnot with the delivery and calls and such and he basically just said "Well maam that shouldn't have happened but we are not perfect." I don't expect perfection, but I do expect good customer service and something should be made right. As a front desk manager myself, this level or lack of service is unacceptable.

I am a customer and I make my payments on time this is the first time I will be late, and I let them know that. So, I want to know why the next day some guy knocks on my door at 8:30AM asking for a payment but the store doesn't open until 10AM! Once I pay off this item I will never in life rent from them again!! This is how you guys treat your customers when they're late one time?! I let you guys know I would be late so why did you feel the need to have some man come to my house where me and my children are at 830 in the Morning?!!!!!

I am a paying customer every month, and this is the first time I have ever dealt with this store. Have always dealt with 44th & Penn. The people at the store on I-240 have been rude to me and my wife. Getting assistance is like pulling teeth. I could understand if I was behind on payments or something. But we have paid off everything we have ever bought with this company. Will never buy from them again. They need to learn how to treat customers or find another job.

Great store. I like to do weekly payment even if I pay more in the long run. It's easy to miss that payment until 697 get on a schedule with them and get used to it. Bad thing about weekly is that it seems like it's always due. The "next payment" due pops up as soon as you pay one. Great stuff.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
