Matt is a “solution guy!” He removed old railroad tie retaining wall and built a solid, beautiful wall in its place! On the top level: he graded to yard to water drain away from house. Then he put a weed barrier down and crushed granite on top. Looks great and no more yard to mow!!! On the bottom level, water had nowhere to go. He came up with a solution to remove some concrete and create a new channel. Also, to prevent flooding into the house, he put in a “speed bump-looking” concrete barrier, to drain the water away from house and AWAY!!! Matt did all this in less than 3 days!!! Highly recommend !!!!!
