- OOOlesyaMay 16, 20241.0I'm disappointed with the situation at this place in building #4. The A/C unit has not been working since January. I informed the front desk that we are in May, and everything has stayed the same! Also, the door on the side was damaged in November last year and is still not functional today; the new person at the front desk told me I have to push harder!!! I will have a second operation on the knee in a couple of weeks, and I have to move the box, press and push the door to open, and hold her at the same time because the staple of the door is not functional. I requested a manager to call me on the second day of waiting. The place was maintained much better before and is not dirty. There are raches in the hallway and the unit because of the door problem. The temperature last week was 91 inside. The owner's representative doesn't know what ADA ACT 1990 is; she needs to learn how to talk with respect.
