This is the 2nd time I’ve gone this year and their pricing is way off. First time I was quoted the wrong price on the paint, and the employee went up to tell them ah did give the wrong price and they didn’t change it. Today I went in to buy blinds there was a 20% off sign right in front of the blinds I picked up and was told that was only for online blinds. I’m frustrated their games.

I hate having to give one star reviews. However that being said, I just bought a toolbox, and I was lucky enough to have the generosity of a stranger in the parking lot who offered to deliver it to me when he saw me struggling to fit it in my car. Upon getting it home and opening it up it revealed a pretty substantial scratch right on the front. I get that this is a toolbox but I’ll cause the scratches myself thank you very much.
I called right away and told them the situation I’m like hey I pulled all my seats out I thought it would fit it was just barely too big and now I have no way to bring it back to you, I live maybe 10 minutes away I know Lowe’s does deliveries can yall just bring me a new one and pick this one up no harm no foul?
Absolutely appalling behavior and attitude from the front desk wanting more than anything to get off the phone with me as quickly as possible. They could’ve told me to kick rocks and pee in a hat and it would’ve been an upgrade from how dismissive and unhelpful they were. Didn’t even attempt to even try to offer other solutions whatsoever. With something being so large and cumbersome they should have procedures in place for this sort of thing. Especially considering how rare (hopefully) something like this is.

We saw the blanket statement “30% Outdoor Lighting” and spent a lot of time choosing 2 lights, and even more time locating them wayyyy under the bottom shelf. In self-checking, the discount did not apply, so we had to wait for assistance. She said “Did you take a picture?” So I walked all the way back to take the photo of the discount sign. She looks at it and says this model isn’t covered. In teeny tiny print it says that only certain models are discounted. This seems like unfair advertising to me; it didn’t say “select items 30% off” it said “30% off.” Shame on you, Lowes!

Their Garden Center employees do not want to work. There are no flat carts, being brought back in. Every flat cart is sitting out in the parking lot. Lazy employees! Lowe's sucks every time!
