  Heard Lowe’s corporate fired the manager Mike which we are very very disappointed to hear. His customer service towards us has always been top notch. He has always been friendly, easy going, and professional. Again we are very disappointed and not happy with Lowe’s right now at all.

  I arrived to Lowe’s to deal with a kind of tricky online order customer service issue. Initially Naomi and Dalton provided assistance and they were both so friendly and reassuring. Dalton was very helpful in beginning to resolve the issue. Ginger and Martha came to assist us as well and they were both very informative about continued steps to resolve the issue. Naomi and Martha were so personable filling the waiting time with conversation about home construction and local schools, it was refreshing to be helped by such friendly and efficient customer service representatives. I was dreading going to the store, but it ended up being such a positive experience and I am thrilled they were able to resolve my issue. I am so happy to sing Ginger, Martha, Dalton, and Naomi’s praises!

  I love this store. They always have what I need and are helpful. Margarita at checkout is fantastic and always the sweetest. And most helpful. She cares and always makes sure I get the best deals.

  Update: I called back and they hung up TWICE Worst AI answering system then customer service pretends to answer the phone while saying nothing, then they put you on hold and never pick it up again, terrible customer service

  This is one of the worst stores I have ever been to, and that is with any company brand. August 2023, I took three items in. 1) John Deere Self-Propelled Zero Turn Caster Wheel Mower (bought it at Lowes, had an extended warranty was blowing white smoke, it needed to be checked out). 2) Husqvarna Weed Trimmer and Edger Set, the pull was messed up and wouldn’t retract all the way and the edger attachment would hardly turn so it also needed to be checked out. 3) 16 panels of decorative fencing along with the poles were brought in as the powder coat was coming off after only a short time. The Lawn/Garden supervisor took the items in, checked them into the system, asked us for our receipt / warranty as they did before. He told us it would be a few weeks and to they would let us know. As far as the fence, he said he wanted to check it out with the merchandise rep for the company and he would get with us. He put the receipt in the envelope and shrink/plastic wrapped the panels and poles with the envelope showing our last name on it. Several weeks went by, no word, kept checking, no word and so we went to the store. The department supervisor transferred to another store, no one knew anything about our mower and trimmer, as for the fence, an employee told us they disposed of it at the manager’s direction calling it a trip hazard. The lawn and garden employee started asking us questions about our mower and trimmer, he thanked us said they got some pieces like that back, they no paperwork or tags etc and so they thought they were returns and sold them…they sold my mower and trimmer after throwing away my fencing… It has been three (3) years almost and still nothing done, I am paying a lawn service when ai shouldn’t have to, allowed just keeps saying “prove you had a mower, prove you bought it from us and prove you left it” knowing I gave the recent warranty paperwork to the lawn and garden supervisor as I did on other repairs. They asked me if ai took pictures of my receipt and when ai asked why they said because you should have. The store manager has refused to meet with me for almost three years, his operations manager called the police on me when I insisted (nicely and respectfully) to see the manager and refused to leave until he spoke with me…I was forced to leave and haven’t returned since but have regularly called a lowes customer service over the thousands of dollars in equipment and property they sold off and threw away. Rather than handling this like professionals, Lowes has gone out of their way to cover up their inadequate handling of this situation and they continue to show their lack of concern because they only care about the sale at the time and after the sale you are a burden on them. It appears we may be finally heading to court, whether it be small claims or with an attorney for the financial burden and loss of equipment as well as the stress of having the police called on me for wanting my mower, trimmer and fencing back…that they lost due to their incompetence. This all could’ve been avoided and dealt with but they chose to insult, deny and villainize a customer of 25/26 years. I will by my lumber at Forest Lumber and I will get my lawn gear from O’Connors or some other local sales service company. This is not the Lowes that it used to be, not even close. I used to love that store, they had some great people but the management is anything but kind or caring and the store manager is a former district manager. BEWARE OF THIS STORE AND ITS STAFF.
