  I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I ordered a GE washer/dryer combo online for same-day pickup. After not receiving any updates, I called the store to check on my order and was informed that it was being canceled because the store’s inventory was incorrect. Since the system believed inventory was available, it never generated a purchase order to have the unit shipped from the manufacturer. After three separate phone calls, I was ultimately told there was nothing anyone could do. My order was canceled, but because it was financed, my available credit is now tied up for approximately 21 days before I can purchase another unit. This is the second time this has happened to me in less than a year. What is most frustrating is that this entire situation was caused by Lowe’s internal inventory and ordering process, yet I am the only one suffering the consequences. I now have to spend the next three weeks without a washer and dryer, making repeated trips to a laundromat because of a process failure that was completely outside of my control. Customer service isn’t simply apologizing after something goes wrong. It’s empowering employees to make things right when the company makes a mistake. Unfortunately, after three phone calls, I found no one who had either the authority or the tools to resolve a problem that Lowe’s created. I’m a Lowe’s Pro customer, and experiences like this make it difficult to continue doing business with your company. I would have expected someone to find a solution—whether that meant locating inventory elsewhere, honoring the order through another fulfillment method, providing an equivalent replacement, or escalating the issue to someone who could actually help. Instead, the answer was simply, “Your order is canceled.” Imagine if this happened to one of your executives. Would they accept waiting 21 days for their financing to clear while hauling laundry to a laundromat because of a Lowe’s inventory error? I highly doubt it. I’m calling you out… I’d expect a Lowe’s executive to call with some resolution. If you contact expecting take up for bs Lowe’s process, you will be hung up on… I’m asking that someone with the authority to resolve customer issues contact me. My information is available through my Lowe’s Pro account. At this point, I have no intention of repurchasing this appliance from Lowe’s unless someone reaches out and demonstrates that customer satisfaction truly matters. Lowe’s promotes customer service and satisfaction. This is an opportunity to prove those aren’t just marketing slogans. If you hire me, I will make Lowe’s a name people actually care about.. I will fix this BS. I’m waiting for someone to make this right.

  The pickup service is great. After shoulder rebuild, I'm not too interested in walking all over the store. I ordered the paint, it was ready one hour later. Picked it up one day later, a "huge" wait of less than 2 minutes and I was back in my car again. Sweeeet!

  Usually my experience is good here but not today. I was approached multiple times by people trying to sell stuff and it ruined my shopping experience. Not everyone wants to be ambushed while they are shopping. I think that they could resolve this issue by having designated areas and a table set up for their offers that customers could approach if they are interested.

  Heard Lowe’s corporate fired the manager Mike which we are very very disappointed to hear. His customer service towards us has always been top notch. He has always been friendly, easy going, and professional. Again we are very disappointed and not happy with Lowe’s right now at all.

  I arrived to Lowe’s to deal with a kind of tricky online order customer service issue. Initially Naomi and Dalton provided assistance and they were both so friendly and reassuring. Dalton was very helpful in beginning to resolve the issue. Ginger and Martha came to assist us as well and they were both very informative about continued steps to resolve the issue. Naomi and Martha were so personable filling the waiting time with conversation about home construction and local schools, it was refreshing to be helped by such friendly and efficient customer service representatives. I was dreading going to the store, but it ended up being such a positive experience and I am thrilled they were able to resolve my issue. I am so happy to sing Ginger, Martha, Dalton, and Naomi’s praises!
