- CGChristi GulikersSep 11, 20261.0đ¨ BUYER BEWARE â MY EXPERIENCE WITH AARONâS đ¨ I purchased a gaming laptop from Aaronâs, and from the beginning, the battery would NOT hold a charge. I returned it because it was defective, only to be harassed by employees about making a payment on a laptop THEY HAD IN THEIR POSSESSION. I told them to keep it because the thing wouldnât hold a charge anyway. Then my husband made a payment, so we went and picked the laptop back up. Guess what? They didnât even give us the charger back, and the battery STILL wonât hold a charge. This laptop lasts 45 minutes TOPS before dying. The paperwork says itâs âout of warrantyâ and that the laptop was tested and was fine. 𤨠Well, Iâm here to tell youâitâs NOT fine. A gaming laptop that can barely stay on for 45 minutes without being plugged in is NOT functioning properly. Iâve tried dealing with this company, and at this point, Iâm done. I will NEVER buy another thing from Aaronâs. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Save yourself the headache, money, and frustration. TOTAL SCAM. đĄ

They do not do their job right. Only professional there is Danni(Was not there at the time)The manager in training did not apologize for his associates behavior hanging up the phone while I was STILL on the phone trying to rectify the situation and set up a new time. I could understand if I was cursing or call him names. This was not the case. The manager in training definitely needs to go and retrain on how to handle customers on the phone. And not just go silent.

Without going into all the drama, I will say there was a situation that came up and when it was brought to Store Manager David and Daniâs attention they both personally came and handled it and really made me feel so much better. Thank you both for the time you spent to resolve this and for caring about your customers. I was ready to not go through this again, but we are going stay with Aaronâs in Norman, this was an isolated incident and I understand bad days happen for individuals, but it wasnât anything I or my family did wrong and they handled it and showed us that we are family.

Asking for proof of our purchase (was not bought from an Aaronâs) just because ours looks like the one someone else leased from them, then after they left, seen them walking around another neighborâs land not minding the no trespassing signs on their closed gate, doing as they please, like they owned that land, as I was watching I noticed they never went to the front door to knock to let anyone know they were there! Very unprofessional and aggressive behavior!

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
