- ATAllison TrippAug 13, 20261.0Long time customer. Customer service has gone down hill the past year. Several no shows and no warning or heads up that they will no be here, until I reach out to them. We love reeds as our yard looks amazing. However, they have started charging a 10% late cancellation fee which I agree with and don't blame, but what happens to us customers who never cancel. We still pay full price when they decide not to show up and get a simple "we're sorry" and not explanation. 4 no shows in the last 6 months.

The photo is the end of the season last year and we started out with almost nothing and dirt everywhere at the beginning of May.
