  My husband has a bad knee barley one at that he came in to get a small trailer load of plywood and they were busy he wouldn’t have minded waiting but instead he was told that they won’t help him load his trailer and he sat there and loaded them himself he’s not one to complain but I will for him THIS SHIT IS UNACCEPTABLE do yall do this to disabled people ?? Being busy is one thing but telling people after they already have a cart full of wood that you won’t help them when it’s your job is beyond me tahlaquah location has nvr treated us this way you lost a lot of good customers today.

  Walked in and was greeted by Katey and Melody, I asked them what they had going on with the Lowe’s cups, told me if I was a reward member I get one and a 20% coupon for that day only! I had to buy a washer that day so was happy they helped me save money!!!

  Had a bad experience here. I needed help with a company card because they don’t work at self checkout so i asked sandy for help in returns. she interrupted me and dismissed me with a pretty snappy attitude. I went to self checkout like she said and the card didn’t work. Only giving two stars instead of one because another team member pulled me aside to a normal checkout and helped me. Not sure what sandy’s problem is, but i saw her being rude to another family as i left.

  Beware- of service technicians that are not properly trained! Ask for credentials! Our experience with Lowe’s has been extremely disappointing from purchase through service. We purchased a KitchenAid gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and Lowe’s Protection Plans (14ish months ago) because we believed Lowe’s would stand behind the products they sell and send qualified repair companies when problems occurred. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Our gas range has never maintained the correct oven temperature (30–45° difference). Lowe’s assigned ACS Appliance Repair (AKA ACS Pro Tech 1203 T P White Drive Jacksonville, AR) to service it. The technician arrived without introducing herself, showing identification, or appearing familiar with our repair history. She ( since learned Tya) asked what was wrong with the stove, communicated very little, had to be reminded to turn off the gas before disconnecting the gas line, and then attempted twice to loosen the gas fitting by turning it in the tightening direction. Concerned for our safety, my husband politely stopped the repair. The technician became argumentative, told my husband, “If you think you can repair it, then do it yourself,” and left. She told my husband to push the oven back in place hisself. We immediately contacted ACS management (Chris) , but our concerns were dismissed, the service ticket was closed, and no attempt was made to resolve the situation. What happened next was even more disturbing. We later learned ACS falsely reported to Lowe’s/Assurant that my husband refused service because the technician was female. That statement is completely false. We stopped the repair solely because we believed it was unsafe. (dealing with natural gas) As older homeowners, we were left feeling unsafe, without a working oven, and without any resolution. Our home’s security cameras recorded the entire visit. Trying to get help from Lowe’s has been nearly impossible. We were promised compensation for numerous delivery problems, yet after multiple follow-up emails, we received nothing. We also recently discovered that the microwave installed by Lowe’s was recessed too far into our cabinetry, causing excessive heat to roast and damage our expensive hardwood cabinets. ( not installed by ACS. Another inexperienced contractor) The most frustrating part is that Lowe’s sells expensive Protection Plans promising peace of mind. However, when service is actually needed, they contract with companies like ACS, fail to ensure qualified technicians are sent into customers’ homes, allow false information to remain in service records, and provide little meaningful customer support. We trusted Lowe’s with thousands of dollars in appliances and protection plans. Instead, we experienced poor installation, unsafe repair service, false reporting, broken promises, and no accountability. Lowe’s should stand behind the companies they hire and the warranties they sell.
