Today I went to the Moore Lowes with a kind of tricky customer service issue with an online appliance order. Kaitlyn M. was so incredibly patient and helpful. It was clear she was being pulled in all directions from various associates but she continued to be friendly to reassure me she was working on it. Neely also provided customer service assistance and she was so personable talking me exactly through next steps and explaining what the issues were. She even complemented my appliance choices and provided small talk. Overall, the two of them made my experience so pleasant!

Constant harassment by Lowe's endorsed independent service contractors. I am a contractor. I don't need to be sold water systems or gutter covers while shopping. When I say I don't need them, they should walk away and stop selling. Every lowes is doing this crap but this one is the worst

I only give this place this rates due to the lack of information. When my grandfather was there with me the other day they were doing water testing for free which is fine. The sales guys did great but I don’t think he had all the information he needed or failed to give all the right information to us.
However I got a follow up call about them not coming out to do my grandfather not being here because he is the owner. I just rent. However he was in the store giving me permission to be here to do all the necessary things and maybe even getting a water filter if need be. But once again they aren’t coming out due to miss communication and lack of already having permission from the owner themselves to be able to do this. How rude and a waste of time. I won’t be trusting this place ever again.
