  Parking lot is infested with flock cameras. As a free American I am not interested in being spied on everywhere I go. America is not meant to be a surveillance state. I'll give you my business again when the cameras are removed.

  I am done with store and Lowe's generally. This is the third time this summer I have ordered online and they take more than 24 hours to get simple orders ready. They are slow inside as well. From now on, I will be at Home Depot. This Lowe's is terribly mismanaged.

  I purchased an open-box Whirlpool over-the-range microwave from the Midwest City Lowe’s. The only issue disclosed at the time of purchase was a dent. After getting it home, I discovered it was missing the required mounting bracket and installation hardware, making it impossible to install. To make matters worse, I was sold a $50 protection plan that I was later told didn’t apply because the microwave was an open-box/used item. The only solution the store offered was to refund the warranty. When I spoke with the supervisor, Brandon, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I was told there was nothing the store could do about the missing installation parts and that everything was at the manager’s discretion. I left disappointed with both the customer service and the lack of effort to resolve the issue. I understand open-box items may have cosmetic flaws, but essential installation hardware should either be included or clearly disclosed before purchase. I expected much better customer service from Lowe’s. This version is strong but grounded in the facts you’ve shared, which makes it more credible and less likely to be dismissed. If Lowe’s resolves the situation later, you can always update the review to reflect that.

  I like Lowe's in general but it's a good thing home Depot is coming to Shawnee because the customer service at this Lowe's could use some improvement. I mean it's not like you need customer service a lot, but today when I checked out I was charged $6 more than what the sign said at the product. Turns out someone had put the wrong sign in front of a stack of wood. Instead of just making it right and charging me what the sign said the customer service girl chose to tell me what the problem was as if it was my problem. As if somehow I was supposed to be sympathetic to the fact that they had the wrong price marked on their item. When she should have just given me the item for the price that it was marked at. Eventually through the help of another CSR person it was made right but it should not have been that difficult.

  I am a 100% disabled veteran and I am in recovery from a recent back surgery from my service connected injury. The VA is doing a bathroom make over. So my wife and I go to the neighborhood Lowe's on 29th street Midwest City Oklahoma across from Tinker Air Force Base. We purchase the required 2 19" toilets and paid the $79 delivery fee. The salesman said that they would arrive in 2 days on Friday morning. The contractor very busy but fit us in for the install for Friday also. On Thursday evening I checked my Lowe's on line account and find that the delivery was set for Saturday morning. I called the Lowe's and explained the mix-up and was told that Lowes did not deliver on Friday?? I then told them that I would come there in about 20 min if they could load the items into the back of my SUV we could cancel the delivery. She said ok. I got to the store and ask for the manager. When she arrived I told her that I was there to pick up the 2 toilets and cancel the delivery she said in a "matter of fact voice" that she had already canceled the entire order and I would have to make the entire purchase all over. I then told her that did not work for me because I had a contractor coming the next day and he had to be paid no matter if he did the install and this was not my fault. The cost of the toilets and delivery were over $580 it takes days for a refund and to repurchase the items was another $518.00. I had spoken a little loudly as she was trying to speak while I was speaking. She then said that she was stepping back and that I was getting aggressive. I was a little excited from the exchange but in no way aggressive. So I decided to make the $518.00 purchase again and just get the job done. After she put the charges on my card I asked how did this occur she said that she would not discuss employee matters with me. I then ask her If they did not deliver on Friday why did the salesman tell me that the delivery was on Friday? Same answer I then said maybe the corporate would give me the answer. She then said I'm going to cancel this order too. We are not going to serve you!! She then walked away with over $1100.00 out of my bank account and no purchase. This feels like Robbery!! Like she snatched money from my hand and ran off!!!! I walked around the store looking for another manager the only employee that would talk to me was another Black person/employee. He said that the other manager was not picking up or answering. After calling the number listed in the reply to my previous review. I was offered a $50 gift card for my next visit to this store. I declined the offer. If there is no change, correction or improvement in their customer service why go there in the first place. I requested a call from management to address this over a week ago with no response. This tells me that customer service is not important to them.
