  The technician, Morgen, was very helpful in showing me how to set all the alarm parameters! He went above and beyond to help me with my garage door. I can't say enough about the impact that has on my peace of mind, knowing that there are people who are like him watching over my home!

  We just bought a new house that had an Alcom system already in place. We called to have it updated and a few new features added, and they were professional, had great communication, and made the whole process so easy. The installation technician was super nice and did a great job. The app is also super easy to use. Would 10/10 recommend!

  Entire experience was very good and we are very happy with the results. Alcom representative arrived on time, evaluated our security system and listened to our needs. Provided quote and scheduled installation at the initial appointment. Service personnel arrived right on schedule and had installation done in a few hours. Went over system, and various settings. Very pleased with Alcom.
