- JAJamie AshcraftAug 9, 20261.0As long as "manager of whatever", Chris, is there I will not use this location. Maybe not this place at all. I have to talk to him or hang up on him anytime I call. I can't seem to get another employee to answer the phone. He's rude and instead of problem solving he just threatens to send someone for the product. Any question about my contract and he gets rude and says he can't change anything so deal with it, or he will come pick it up. I had to call an okc store to get a corporates number. I did that. Left a message with no call back. I'm unhappy with this all the way around. I've bought many things from here, but I'm not doing it again until he's gone!

This year, I encountered an issue with my lease agreement, despite knowing that the terms cannot be altered arbitrarily. It appears that the company can modify the agreement at their discretion, which I believe is unfair. When signing a lease, one expects to pay the agreed-upon amount without any unexpected changes. However, due to an error on the company's part, I have been informed that I owe additional funds. I am now required to pay more out of pocket due to their mistake, which is unacceptable. I have to take time out of my schedule to resolve this issue, and I believe the company should ensure that their staff is competent to avoid inconveniencing their customers. This experience has led me to lose trust in Aaron's, and I will not consider renting from them again in the future. The company's apparent focus on financial gain over customer satisfaction is disappointing, especially given the measures in place to ensure accuracy, such as signed agreements and immediate payment. It is crucial for companies to prioritize attention to detail to maintain customer trust.

Wouldn’t recommend this to even the devil himself. Irritated bc now I have to get a pest control guy! $800 for a lie. Won’t be coming back!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
