  Called to ask if they price match. I was told that I had to bring a quote in instead of showing the manager. The price from their competition store, which is Sutherland's and its a almost 2 dollar per item difference. So that would save a lot of money. But I was told I cant use the price from the website I have to go get a quote from the store, then bring it over to them. So ill will be using Sutherlands they always have better prices and stuff anyways....

  Don't special order or have install...I did counter tops and the installers, were less than par and would not install...after purchasing everything prepping taking time off...my counter was 1/4 off level was the reason, you would think they could have adjusted that or tryed to sell me new base cabinets...it was a no wand walked out.....they wanted to charge me for inspection....with much to do lowes made it right but I had to spend more money 1k to get my install feed back! I do thank brian for helping...lowes policies was the issues

  8/4/26 approximately 14:40 store manager discussing store issues at pro desk leaving multiple people waiting instead of practicing customer service and team work. Store issues constantly disorganized especially plumbing and flooring areas caulking. Spend more time sorting through disorganization to find what you need just to get held up. Had problems ordering materials and receiving them. General staff is nice, and they have a lot of stuff, if you have time to look for it.

  I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Lowe’s tonight. After working all day on post since 0500, I stopped by Lowe’s specifically to purchase plants and mulch so I could get everything planted first thing tomorrow morning. I was shopping the outdoor garden center around 7:50 PM when an employee locked the garden center gate, therefore having to walk all the way around to the front of the store, enter through the main entrance, and then walk all the way back to the indoor garden center just to continue shopping. I intended to purchase several plants and six to eight bags of mulch. Since my vehicle was parked outside the garden center gate, I would have had to push the bags of mulch and all of the plants through the indoor garden center, across the front of the store to check out, and then all the way back to my vehicle. To make matters worse, when I went to get the mulch, the entire mulch area was roped off restricting access. By this point I was over it all and left the cart full of plants. After I left, I called the store to confirm the garden center’s hours. The employee told me the garden center closes at 9:00 PM. I then asked why it had been locked around 7:50 PM, and I was told it was because of lightning. That explanation held no defense when the garden center had remained open while the thunderstorm had actually passed through, and by the time the gate was locked, the skies overhead were clear, with the storm well to the south of town and the only lightening on the radar was near Wichita Falls. This completely disrupted my weekend plans. I had intentionally come to Lowe’s this evening so I could have everything I needed to spread the mulch and plant everything tomorrow morning before the heat set in. If the garden center’s posted closing time is 9:00 PM, customers should be able to shop there until then unless there is an actual, immediate safety hazard. If weather truly requires an early closure then close prior to the thunderstorm moving over to ensure systems and employees are safe, not 30 mins after it has already moved over the town. Communicate it clearly by making a store announcement or having a sign posted on the gate. And if the store choices to leave customers stranded on either side of the gate, at least do not block access to merchandise. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. I expect much better from Lowe’s.

  All I can say is, this place sucks went there this evening. Couldn't find one person to help us. Nobody knew where anything was when we did find one person to ask that looked like somebody that was in high school we even asked for a manager. They said there was no manager. We were just trying to order some window shutters. They said we had to come back tomorrow. When a manager was available, that specializes in ordering stuff. So disappointing, whoever runs this place needs to be fired. Horrible customer service, horrible, horrible, horrible. And the one person we did ask was very rude her name started with the letter Y and don't come back on here. And say we strive to do better, you need to do better to begin with😬😬 you lost our business
